According to this: http://support.installshield.com/kb/view.asp?pcode=ALL&articleid=Q107137 you cannot install a MSI file on a Terminal Server/Citrix Server from a mapped drive - use UNC or copy it to a local drive
Why don’t special characters in central European languages print properly?
When printing documents like DGMcard with special characters we find in most of the central European languages, those characters will not print properly.
First check if “Multilanguage support” is installed in your Windows.
Go to Control panel, Add/Remove programs, Install Windows. Make a check mark in “Multilanguage support” and run the Windows installer.
If your printout still does not have the central European characters, you need to update the printer driver. Go to the printer manufacturers web site and search for a newer version of the printer driver.
If the manufacturer can’t deliver a functional driver, try with drivers from other manufacturers.
