Document Archive
The Document Archive gives you the possibility to save all documents you generate with DGOffice for several purpose.

You can use the archive for storage of documents you are working on for later use. Other option is to work on one document from different places or with different users.
The archive will give you an overview of documents created by one user, or department, it contains your history for projects and off course it saves you from keeping paper copies in your files. Only that feature alone is saving you costs and is helping the environment.
Together with the Statistics Module, the Document Archive is a powerful tool to generate reports used for management information and regulatory compliance like the ADR safety adviser.
