Core Module

The Core is like the engine in a car, without it nothing works ! The Core in DGOffice.net is vital to the program and by that necessary in every setup of the system.

The Core contains all programsections to set up and influence the use of DGOffice.net

These sections are:

• Dangerous Goods Information
• Contains the databases with substances and regulatory information
• Administration of own customers
  • This database contains all shippers, consignees and transportcompany details. These details can be viewed and edited by users of your Company ID only.
• Administration of own users
  • Registration and maintenance of Users, Users ID’s, passwords, modules and roles for your Company ID.
• Ordering system and renewal of licenses
  • The place in the system where you have control over your ordered modules, additional users and renewal of licenses. Here you can also order and activate new modules.
• Own Company administration and information.
  • The Company ID is maintained in this section. Your support agent can be selected in this section as well.

DGOffice.net is completely accesible via the internet. That means that the responsible person in a company (administrator) can setup an account, generate licenses and add and maintain users to the system from every place in the world where an internet connection and a browser is available.

The administrator decides which modules to add to the core and by that build a cusomer specific system. Next step is to add users, define a role for the user and assign them to one or more modules.

When the login credentials are distributed to the users, they can login and start working with DGOffice.net. Again at every location in the world where Internet is available.

DGOffice.net can also be installed on your own Intranet. This will offer you the same functionalities as the Internet version but in your own network and workgroups.

Printing of documents and information is done via the so called PDF format. The pages are created by DGOffice.net, displayed or exported in PDF format which can be printed directly on installed printers on your computer, saved as a file or use it as an attachment to an email message.

To view or print PDF files, you need the Adobe Acrobat Reader software. Links to this application are displayed on the DGOffice.net main webpage.
